Shipping Policy

1. Regions & Eligibility
We currently ship to France (metropolitan), EU countries, and selected international destinations.
All orders are subject to product availability and verification before dispatch.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
If any issue arises (for example, stock shortage or address verification), we will contact you before shipping.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery times are counted from the date your order is dispatched:
France / EU: 2 to 10 business days
International (outside the EU): depends on destination and carrier
If your parcel is not delivered within 21 days (unless due to force majeure or your own actions), you may request cancellation of the order and a refund.
4. Shipping Costs, Duties & Taxes
Shipping costs depend on the destination, package weight, and chosen carrier.
They are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
Import duties, customs taxes, or additional fees (if any) are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the buyer.
If a parcel is refused or cannot be delivered due to local regulations, AUSSI BON cannot be held liable.
5. Address Accuracy & Returned Parcels
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
You may request reshipment (at your expense), or
A refund, minus the original shipping costs.
6. Lost, Missing, or Undelivered Parcels
If a parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbors or local post office.
If it remains missing, contact us at hello@aussi-bon.com, and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.
7. Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return any eligible item under our Right of Withdrawal policy.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Refunds are processed via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
8. Force Majeure
AUSSI BON is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
